This deletion request page applies to the DismissQ mobile application and related DismissQ services.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your DismissQ account and associated data, please email DismissQ support using the link below.

Please include the following information so we can verify and process your request:
- Your name
- Your school or organization name
- Your school code, if available
- The email address, username, or user code associated with the account
- A brief note stating that you are requesting account and data deletion
What Data Will Be Deleted
After we verify the request, DismissQ will delete account data associated with the requesting user or organization, which may include:
- User account information
- School or organization profile information
- Student records entered or managed within DismissQ
- Dismissal, check-in, and queue records
- Device session records associated with the account or organization
Data That May Be Retained
Some limited data may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or recordkeeping obligations. This may include support correspondence, deletion request records, or system logs.
Retained data is limited to what is reasonably necessary and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Deletion Timeline
Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. If additional time is required due to security, legal, or technical reasons, we will notify the requester when possible.
Requesting Partial Data Deletion
Users and administrators may also request deletion of certain data without deleting an entire account, such as removing a student record, staff user, or school dataset. Please email support with the details of the data you want removed.
